WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CAN I MERGE MULTIPLE ORDERS?

Yes, you may request this directly through our customer chat support team.

Please note that the shipping fees will not be updated even if we merge your orders into a single parcel.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING?

Expect your order to be delivered within 3–5 business days for Metro Manila and 5–10 business days for provincial areas.

Please note that once we hand over your order to the courier, we no longer have control of the parcel.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, changes to the product or size may not be possible.

Cancellation can be accommodated only if the parcel has not yet been shipped or picked up by the courier.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may send us a message to get real-time updates on your order. You can also track your order status using your tracking number on J&T’s website.

Your tracking number will be sent via email once your parcel is packed or is in the process of fulfillment.

I PLACED AN ORDER AND NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL

If you did not receive an email from SKOOP within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on your order form might be misspelled.

If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email, please contact our chat support team for assistance.
