How do I track my order?
Track your order status with your tracking number in https://www.jtexpress.ph/.
Tracking ID will be sent via e-mail or direct message.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible!
But we cannot cancel or change an order once we have printed the waybill already.
What payment methods do you accept?
For Philippine orders, we accept PAYPAL, COD, Grab Pay, Debit Card, Credit Card, Money Transfer, Direct Bank Deposit, GCASH and ECPay.
For ECPAY, GRABPAY, or GCASH, please choose "CREDIT CARD" option upon checkout to gain access to pesopay dashboard. In peso pay dashboard you can choose ECPAY, GRABPAY or GCASH as your mode of payment.

I placed an order and never received an Email?
If you do not receive an email from Skoop within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your Skoop account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing (ayumi@skoop.com.ph)
Do you accept same day delivery?
We currently stopped our same day delivery.
How can I arrange a Refund?
We can only allow refund in our online transactions.
Step 1 - Send an e-mail to Ayumi@skoop.com.ph about your refund concern.
Step 2 - Once you get confirmation and approval from Ayumi, please send back the item/s to our warehouse.

Can I merge multiple orders?
Yes, you can if the orders have not left the warehouse yet.
Step 1: Send an e-mail to Ayumi@skoop.com.ph or message to Skoop’s Facebook page with the order ID numbers of the orders you would like to merge.
Step 2: Wait for a confirmation from our customer service department
When can I expect my order?
On average, expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 business days for NCR and 5-10 business days for provincial deliveries.
You can also message us on Facebook messenger with your order ID number to get a real time update.
