I placed an order but unfortunately, I did not receive any notification that the parcel was packaged and ready for delivery. As someone who works abroad, updates like these are very important to me so I can coordinate with someone at home to receive the package.
I hope the notification system can be improved, as it would really help customers like me who are not always physically present to monitor deliveries. Thank you
