Exchange & Return Policy
You have 3 days upon delivery to file for an exchange. Anything after 3 days upon delivery is assumed final and cannot be exchanged. We encourage everyone to inspect the product upon delivery if the product is correct with size and design.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash refunds. We only issue store credit that you can request from us if you are unsatisfied with an order.
We accept returns for change of size, change of design or if item is damaged. All return orders must be filed within 3 days of delivery or else your order is considered final. All returns are to be inspected if still in brand new condition. All returns that are not in brand new condition is not a candidate for return or exchange.
This depends on why the item is being returned.
If the error is on the side of the customer (ex. They placed an order for a wrong size or design and it clearly shows that in the invoice/order slip), the customer needs to shoulder the shipping fee for the return.
If the error in Skoop’s size (ex. Missing item, wrong size/design was sent, etc.) Skoop will shoulder the return fee.

Step 3 - Once approved or disapproved, our return or exchange department will get in touch with you via e-mail or sms.
No worries! Please shoot us an e-mail within 3 days of delivery if you item is damaged. Kindly include photo of damaged item and we will replace that for you ASAP. All expenses will be shouldered by us.
Unfortunately, unless the item is defective, we cannot shoulder any fees.

The approval, checking and crediting process from our team will only take 3-4 business days in total. The duration and length of time for this will largely depend on your chosen return shipping method. Using standard postal mail will usually delay this process to around 1 month.
First of all, we’d like to apologize as this is out of our control. The biggest reason why return shipping can be expensive is that our warehouse is located in the Philippines. For customers who want to have their exchange processed quickly opt for express international shipping (the duties of which will not be covered by Skoop). However, most of our customers opt to ship returns via USPS or standard postal mail (which could take up to a month for delivery) for $10 to save on costs.
Hi fam, rest assured that we make it a point to inform our customers we’ve received their package as soon as it’s delivered to our warehouse. If you opted to return your items via postal mail, it’s possible there were delays in the customs. It’s not unusual for delays to occur during these scenarios.
