Exchange & Return Policy
For ONLINE ORDERS, you have 7 days upon delivery date to file for an exchange. We encourage everyone to inspect the product upon delivery if the product is correct with size and design.
For ONLINE ORDERS, we can refund money through GCash or Bank Transfer.
For PHYSICAL STORES transactions, unfortunately we don't allow refund.
We accept returns for change of size or if the item is damaged. All return orders must be filed within 7 days upon delivery date or else your order is considered final.
All items that are not in brand new condition are considered void of the return and exchange policy.
This depends on why the item is being returned.
If the error is on the side of the customer (ex. They placed an order for a wrong size or design and it clearly shows that in the invoice/order slip), the customer needs to shoulder the shipping fee for the return.
If the error is in Skoop’s size (ex. missing item, wrong size/design was sent, etc.) Skoop will shoulder all the shipping expenses.
Step 1: Send an e-mail to Ayumi@skoop.com.ph about your return or exchange concern.
Step 2: Once you get confirmation, please send the item to our warehouse. Details will be sent by Ayumi through the email thread.
Step 3: After the warehouse team received the returning item and if it was approved, we can now ship the exchange item.
No worries! Please shoot us an email (Ayumi@skoop.cm.ph) within 3 days upon delivery date.
All expenses will be shouldered by Skoop.
Please provide a recorded unboxing video or a photo to prove that you received a defective item. Failure to provide is considered invalid.

The approval, checking and crediting process from our team will only take 4-7 business days in total. The duration and length of time for this will largely depend on your chosen return shipping method. Using standard postal mail will usually delay this process to around 1 month.
First of all, we’d like to apologize as this is out of our control. The biggest reason why return shipping can be expensive is that our warehouse is located in the Philippines. For customers who want to have their exchange processed quickly opt for express international shipping (the duties of which will not be covered by Skoop). However, most of our customers opt to ship returns via USPS or standard postal mail (which could take up to a month for delivery) for $10 to save on costs.
Hi fam, rest assured that we make it a point to inform our customers we’ve received their package as soon as it’s delivered to our warehouse. If you opted to return your items via postal mail, it’s possible there were delays in the customs. It’s not unusual for delays to occur during these scenarios.
