The size charts we follow vary per collection or design we make. You can find the size chart corresponding the product in the products page.

Track your order status with your Order # or Tracking number HERE for international customers. We only ship internationally using DHL EXPRESS.

Track your order via texting or calling the following numbers below. We use PAYO to delegate your parcels to the most efficient local courier according to your location. Our partner PAYO may delegate your order to LBC2GOBlackArrowExpressDelAsia. We don’t have a copy of your tracking ID. PAYO keeps it for us.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

We accept payments via Paypal for international orders.

For Philippine orders we accept the following payment methods. (Cash upon delivery, Credit Card via Paypal, Bank Deposits, LBC Money Transfer, Palawan or Cebuana Money Transfer)

E-mail us at info@skoop.com.ph with your order # as the SUBJECT of the e-mail. Just state in the e-mail that you want your coupon code applied to your order. We will reply with your renewed statement if the coupon code is still valid! We cannot apply coupon codes to orders that have already been shipped out.

You can calculate shipping fees based on your location before you checkout in our website.

If you do not receive an email from Skoop within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Skoop account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
