The size charts we follow vary per collection or design we make. You can find the size chart corresponding the product in the products page.

Track your order status with your Order # or Tracking number HERE for international customers. We only ship internationally using DHL EXPRESS.  


Track your order status with your tracking number in LBC.COM.PH. Tracking ID will be sent via e-mail or direct message. 

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy once your order has been delivered to you.

For international orders we accept Paypal and Credit Card.


For Philippine orders we accept PAYPAL, COD, Grabpay, Debit Card, Credit Card, Money Transfer, Direct Bank Deposit, GCASH and ECPay.


For ECPAY, GRABPAY, or GCASH, please choose "CREDIT CARD" option upon checkout to gain access to pesopay dashboard. In peso pay dashboard you can choose ECPAY, GRABPAY or GCASH as your mode of payment. 

Sorry fam! All orders once placed are considered final. You can use the code in your next order if code is still available. 

You can calculate shipping fees based on your location before you checkout in our website.

If you do not receive an email from Skoop within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

To check your orders, log into your Skoop account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
